Mr Marsh is a graduate of Brigham Young University and earned a degree in studio art. Presently, he is an instructor at Mt Ridge Middle School in Highland.

Class Dates: November 13th & 20th
Time: 11:00 to 2:00
Place: Historic City Hall at 31 Church Street Rooms A & B
Cost: $25 (Water color paper is provided for class projects and watercolor sets and brushes are available as needed)
